MILTON, Del. (Jan. 27, 2026) – Beer lovers, cocktail connoisseurs and music fans alike can
revel in this year’s Valentine’s Day events at Dogfish Head’s various coastal Delaware
locations. From limited-edition food and drink menus, and intimate live music
performances to interactive experiences and more, Dogfish Head’s weekend-long
Valentine’s Day celebration has something for everyone to enjoy. Here’s what to expect!

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 13:
From 4-8:30 p.m., the folks from Browseabout Books will be onsite for a “Love at First Draft”
book fair featuring a pop-up book shop full of romance novels, rom-coms and heartfelt
tales. To complement the evening’s love stories, spirits-lovers can snag a special
Valentine’s Day tipple – the Hull & Helm Whiskey Smash – made with Dogfish Head
Distilling Co.’s house-made whiskey.
But that’s not all! Dylan Canfield will treat guests to a live music performance from 5:30-
7:30 p.m. Drawing inspiration for a wide breadth of artists, this local singer-songwriter’s
tunes are sure to please.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 14:
From 5:30-7:30 p.m., guests can enjoy an acoustic mix of love songs performed by Calico
Sparx, a professional vocalist, guitarist and bassist best known for renditions of rock ‘n’ roll
favorites. Originally from Louisiana, Calico now resides in the greater Philadelphia area.

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 13:
Stop by from 5-8 p.m., for a live music set by local staple, Keri Filasky. A lifelong musician,
Keri is best known for performing unique covers with a bluesy, soulful feel.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 14:
Kick off Valentine’s Day with a special, seafood-forward brunch. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.,
folks can indulge in off-centered favorites like crab and avocado toast, lobster benedict
and more, all alongside a brunch cocktail … or two!
At 2 p.m., the restaurant begins its Valentine’s Day dinner service. For $25 per person, folks
can delight in a selection of special surf and turf entrees, including house-made short rib
tortellini, Maine lobster carbonara and more. Not to mention, the restaurant will feature a
limited-edition menu of elevated appetizers, like fried artichoke hearts and beef tenderloin
skewers; decadent desserts, like TJ’s crème brulee and Mommom’s cheesecake; and lovely
cocktails, including the Amburana Kiss Porthole, a shareable, Instagram-worthy cocktail for
two.
Those stopping by between 5-8 p.m., will also be serenaded by the acoustic sounds of Roy

central Pennsylvania, The Wild Hymns weave a multifaceted soundscape of dreamy folk-

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 14:
From 9-10:30 p.m., the Al Frantic Trio steals the spotlight. Led by Al Frantic, owner of
Milton’s Frantic Frets Guitar Shop, this trio features strong, soulful vocals applied to a
selection of classic rock, blues and dance tunes. No tickets needed. No cover charge!
