Del-One Teammates Gather for Professional Development Day
Over 200 teammates of Del-One Federal Credit Union assembled in the Del-One Conference Center at Delaware Tech in Dover on President’s Day, Monday February 16th . This annual event is filled with relevant class material designed to empower teammates, strengthen cross-department collaboration, and to support both individual growth and broader organizational goals. President & CEO Dan McCarthy stated, “Investing in our teammates is one of the most important things we can do as an organization. The teamwork we are building is palpable, and I am more excited today than I have ever been about our future”. The day ended with the 2025 “Of the Year” awards presented to the Accounting Department, the Lewes & Milford branches, and Teammate of the Year Training and Development
