Transformers Academy, LLC focuses on trauma informed care training and professional speaking services. We focus on five core principles: spiritual, health, relationships, education, and career. These principles are all affected when someone experiences significant trauma. In our workshops and speaking services we provide tools and strategies to help people identify, respond and support people who have experienced trauma. Our overall goal is to educate people on the following: maintain a basic understanding of trauma and adversity; demonstrate how performance is impacted by trauma and educate professionals on how to provide support; and create a plan for an organizational strategy. The academy also offers three resources books, which are used in our training and speaking services.
