Del-One Named Top Workplace AGAIN!
For the 4th year in a row, Del-One Federal Credit Union has been honored as a Top Workplace in the Delaware
Online/The News Journal’s Top Workplaces in Delaware awards. Top Workplaces are organizations where teammates
feel valued, engaged and empowered. Del-One teammates were given an anonymous survey to rate their workplace
culture. Through these results and comments from teammates, Del-One not only won the Top Workplace award, but
also the coveted Manager’s Award, for receiving the top score for “My manager helps me learn and grow, and cares
about my concerns”.
