The National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association, Chapter 1690 will meet on Thursday November 13  at 1776 Steakhouse Rehoboth Beach starting at 11:30am.  Expected to attend are representatives from some of the major health providers that service the federal population.  Open season is expected to  start the 2nd Monday in November and run into early December.  We do not know if the shutdown will impact dates.  This is your chance to ask questions in person about federal healthcare.  We normally expect between 50 and 60 people to attend.  With the shutdown continuing people are concerned about pensions, health and other benefits they earned.
