Come out and eat and/or drink for a cause! On Wednesday, December 3, from 4 – 9 p.m., Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats is hosting a Benevolence Night to benefit Lewes Historical Society. The Lewes Historical Society is a nonprofit dedicated to preserving, interpreting, and celebrating the rich maritime and architectural heritage of Lewes, Delaware through its network of historic buildings, educational programs, and curated exhibits. 10% of the evening’s proceeds will be donated to the Lewes Historical Society!
And speaking of celebrating history … raise a pint to Cannon Aid! Brewed in collaboration with our pals at the Lewes Historical Society, Cannon Aid is our final Benevolence Beer of 2025. This bold American Porter, aged on American oak and clocking in at 6.4% ABV, pays tribute to Lewes’ storied past and the cannonball still lodged in the wall of the iconic Cannonball House downtown. Cannon Aid will make its debut on Wednesday, December 3 at Brewings & Eats during our Benevolence Night, available both on draft and in four-packs to-go.
