The Lewes Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau sponsors its 33rd annual Lewes Garden Tour on Saturday, June 15, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with seven private gardens on the tour this year.
There are seven private gardens on the tour this year. Tickets are available in person at the Fisher-Martin House or you can purchase them online and pick them up on or before June 15, the day of the garden tour. The tickets are booklets that you must take with you to gain access to the gardens. They include a description of each garden and a map showing the locations of all seven. The cost of each ticket is $35 after business hours on June 14th and all day on June 15th, the day of the tour.
In addition to touring the gardens, the event also includes a Garden Market in Zwaanendael Park with vendors selling garden-related items during the hours of the tour (10 a.m. – 4 p.m.) and a food truck next to Zwaanendael Park from 11 a.m.- 2 p.m. selling lunch and cold beverages. The Visitor Center hours are Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., and beginning May 25 it will be open seven days a week (Saturdays 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. and Sundays 10 a.m.– 2 p.m. through October 1.
