Lewes Lights ~ a Holiday Light Tour ~ Brighten Your Holidays!
Lewes Lights is a free, holiday light tour that started in 2020 to brighten spirits and create holiday joy in Lewes in a year marked by isolation and cancellations. This is year six and Lewes Lights is a loved tradition. Homes and Businesses in the City of Lewes decorate for the holiday season, illuminating our city with light and community cheer. It’s a gift from the heart, brought to you by the residents of the First Town in the First State.
Lewes Lights organizes an annual tour map with the addresses of participants for “Light Peepers” to follow and enjoy at their own pace from December 5th-31st, nightly from 5:00-9:00. Lewes residents and businesses are invited to join this community event by registering for the map and displaying a Lewes Lights sign. Registration is open at www.LewesLights.org
All details are on the Lewes Lights website, but there are a few changes for 2025 and beyond. Competing for awards is out and entering for fun is the focus. The tour map covers the City of Lewes, as well as the gateways of Savannah Road of Kings Highways.
The goal of Lewes Lights is to lift spirits, spread light, and celebrate with our community.
