Rehoboth Beach Film Society Announces Call for Artwork Submission

Rehoboth Beach Film Society Announces
Call for Artwork Submission
2025 Rehoboth Beach International Film Festival

The Rehoboth Beach Film Society (RBFS) is seeking original artwork submissions for consideration for the Society’s award-winning Rehoboth Beach International Film Festival (RBIFF) and its 27th anniversary. A long-standing tradition, the Society selects one artist’s unique work to serve as the official brand and theme of the annual International Film Festival. The RBIFF is a seven-day Festival confirmed for November 3 – 9, 2025. Patrons can expect over 70 original documentaries, features, shorts and international titles. The Cinema Art Theater will host the annual event with additional venues to be added.
The selected artwork will receive tremendous visibility and be used in the creation of all festival promotional assets (print and online) that include Playbill posters, the cover of the official Festival program, and merchandise. The contest winner’s work will be used for the sole purpose of celebrating and promoting the 27th Rehoboth Beach International Film Festival. A picture of the selected artist and his/her bio will appear in the festival program and other earned media spots.
The final artwork will be auctioned at the Festival in November with 100% of the proceeds to benefit the Rehoboth Beach Film Society, a 501(c)3 nonprofit here in Delaware.
Dave Bever, RBFS Executive Director remarks, “What makes the Rehoboth Beach International Film Festival special is that it belongs as much to our remarkable coastal community as it does to the filmmakers. That’s why we rely on local artists to help us build the brand each year.”
Interested Artists should visit the Film Society’s website https://www.rehobothfilm.com/copy-of-2024-rehoboth-beach-international-film-festival  for contest. Or, send an email to marketing@rehobothfilm.com to request details. The deadline for artist’s submissions is 5:00 PM on Friday June 20.
