HATE HAS NO HOME HERE FILM FESTIVAL
at the Cinema Art Theater in Lewes
Rehoboth Beach Film Society’s Cinema Art Theater and its partner Speak Out Against Hate will present the HATE HAS NO HOME HERE FILM FESTIVAL on January 23 – 25, 2026 at the Cinema Art Theater in Lewes.
Speak Out Against Hate (SOAH) a 501(c)(3) was formed in 2023 to combat the rising tide of hate in Sussex County, our state and our country. Hate continues to become normalized, particularly in our schools and on social media. The purpose of the festival is to confront various forms of hate: racism, antisemitism, and hate towards immigrants, Muslim communities, the LGBTQ+, the disabled; and the impact of social media on our youth today. There will be eight films shown over three days with the targeted audience of adults, families, and teens. There will be knowledgeable facilitators leading the discussion and Q&A after the films. Let’s make Delaware a “hate has no home here” State.
Admission is $9 for Film Society members, $12 for general audiences and $9 for active military (with ID) & students (ages 13 – 18) and $5 for youth (12 years & under). Purchase Festival advance tickets online at rehobothfilm.com or at the Cinema Art Theater box office in Lewes, Wednesday-Sunday from noon to 5:00 PM.
The Rehoboth Beach Film Society’s (RBFS) mission is to independent film, support emerging filmmakers, and engage the community through meaningful cinematic experiences that inform, inspire, and connect. The Film Society strives to be a premier destination where the community, audiences, and filmmakers come together to celebrate the art of cinema—fostering education, creative collaboration, and cultural connection through the power of independent film.
